MUI Properties Berhad (MPB) was incorporated in Malaysia on 2 September 1965. On 28 November 1966, MPB was listed on the Main Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad).
MPB is an investment holding company. The Group is primarily involved in property development, via 60%-owned subsidiary West Synergy Sdn Bhd (West Synergy). Currently, the main development project of West Synergy is Bandar Springhill, a 1,990-acre freehold township in Lukut, located centrally between Seremban and Port Dickson, both locations a 20-minute drive away.
MPB is a member of The MUI Group.
